Emplacement du camping proche de chambord en pleine Sologne verdoyante

Camping nettement avantagé sur les photos, équipements peu entretenus voire défectueux pour lesquels vous payez des arrhes conséquents à chaque emprunt ce qui n’est pas le cas de tous les Sandaya. Accueil à revoir la responsable n’a pas l’esprit de service. Piscine petite, du mal à imaginer en pleine saison. Espaces collectifs / bar très petits également. Emplacement détrempé alors que bcp d’autres n’étaient pas occupés..la satisfaction des clients n’est pas la priorité.

Le séjour dans le confort d’un appartement (dans un château et décoré avec style de surcroît) additionné au activités camping pour nos enfants est un excellent compromis , -proximité des appartements avec toutes les infrastructures

Je ne comprends pas l’obtention de 5 étoiles de cette établissement : -les aires de jeux sont clairement insuffisantes en comparaison des immenses structures d’enseigne concurrentes -la piscine est insuffisamment chauffée -une piscine intérieure ou au minimum une grande véranda coulissante me semble indispensable pour un 5*

-pas de dérouleur de papier WC , très surprenant -pas de grill pain -un seul petit placard par chambre, on y loge pas les vêtements d’une seul personne -crochets pour serviettes dans une SDB -porte manteau a l’entrée -canapé, tapis et chaise en tissu blanc pour un logement destiné à accepter des enfants n’est pas un choix des plus judicieux

Mobilhome très bien agencé et confortable. Localisation du camping très bien. On a apprécier le Linge de toilette et drap fourni . Supérette pratique et disponible.

Ne vaut pas un 5 étoile, pas d animation, animateur pas très présent dans le camping, bassin de piscine pas très propre, très peu de jeux enfant, emplacement un peu coller au autres, trop de hollandais, transat et parasol cassé, terrain de golf qui veillit mal , pas assez d eclairage le soir, fin des animations 22h30 un peu trop tôt et inexistante, rien pour les adolescents.

Lovely campsite in a fantastic location. Facilities were modern and spotless. Great bar/restaurant. Staff so nice and friendly. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Please get better seats in the bar/restaurant- I found those outside quite uncomfortable after a short while.

J’ai aimé les structures et animations pour enfant, le lieu du camping, la gentillesse des personnes qui travaillent la bas . Je pense que je reviendrai

La spa … il y a un numéro à appeler pour réserver… la personne na jamais répondu à mes appels ni à mes sms … je ne trouve pas ça très professionnel

The toilet and showers were very good. Great location for visiting Chambord Chateau and cycling along the Loire.

The service and value for money at the restaurant. The staff were lovely and were really trying there best, but they needed help. On both of my visits to the restaurant I had to chase the order for my drinks. The first time the meal arrived and there was no sign of our drinks. I then had to ask agin for our drinks! The second time the food took a lot longer to arrive. 10-15 after giving the waiter my order and the drinks still hadn’t arrived, I then asked again for my drinks and had to repeat what I had ordered! The staff were lovely and were rushing around doing their best but need help!
