Regarding the river bath, we can not make or change 10m away from the river because its a public good area and belogn to the country of Slovenia. Its forbbiden to make beach or similar. La struttura
Wir hatten bereits im Dezember 23 reserviert und waren der Meinung das wir dann einen guten Stellplatz bekommen. Nein, direkt vor den Toiletten, schräg gegenüber vom Müllplatz und außerdem direkt in der Zufahrt zum Platz. Diesen Platz kann man nicht weiter empfehlen.
Eine bessere Planung des Platzes. Der Müllplatz gehört nicht direkt bei den Stellplätzen und wenn sich jemand 2x schriftlich an den Campingplatz wenden, sollte der Gast auch eine Antwort erhalten. Das Person ist anscheinend nur beim ersten Rundgang bereit sich um die Gäste zu kümmern. Die sollten sich mal ein paar Tage auf im kleinen Wäldchen Platz 2 stellen.

Liebe Marlis und Hartmut Nyhuis! In meinen 12 Jahren im Campinggeschäft waren Sie die schlimmsten Gäste, die ich je hatte. Zunächst einmal mussten Sie einen Stellplatz für ein Fahrzeug mit einer Länge von maximal 6 m auswählen und kamen mit einem Fahrzeug von 7,5 m Länge. Bei der Auswahl des Stellplatzes hatten Sie auch eine Karte des Campingplatzes mit der Lage des Gebiets und Sie haben selbst gewählt. Wir haben Ihnen keinen Stellplatz zugewiesen. Wenn Sie in der Hochsaison kommen und alles voll ist, können Sie keinen anderen Stellplatz verlangen, weil keiner verfügbar ist. Wir haben Ihnen eine deutsche Tour über den Campingplatz gemacht und Ihnen bei der Ankunft alles erklärt, und Sie wollten trotzdem niemandem zuhören. Es ist wirklich schlimm, dass Sie unsere Mitarbeiter unter Druck gesetzt haben. Das ist wirklich unter jeder Kultur und jedem Verhalten. Wenn Sie Ihre E-Mail-Adresse blockieren, können wir Ihnen auch keine E-Mail-Antwort senden. Wahrscheinlich mit Absicht. Wenn jemand zu Ihrem Stellplatz kommt und Sie keine andere Sprache als Deutsch sprechen, ist es schwierig, sich zu unterhalten. Ansonsten haben wir jedes Mal, wenn ich an Ihrem Stellplatz vorbeigekommen bin, gesehen, dass Sie sich wohlgefühlt haben. Man hat auch gesehen, dass Sie jeden Tag schon geplant haben, wie schrecklich Sie die Bewertung schreiben werden. Verrückt. Wenn einmal pro Woche Müll abgeholt wird, sollten Sie das ganz normal hinnehmen, denn das können wir nicht um Mitternacht machen, damit Sie in Ihrem Urlaub glücklich sind. Wir hatten einen Stellplatz im Wald und das Erlebnis und die Erholung waren perfekt. Der Ort hat uns gut gefallen und alle Anlagen sind sehr sauber und offen (in jedem Sinn) gestaltet.
Das Kindergeschrei war das einzig Negative. Auf dem Camping ist keine elektronische Musik erlaubt, aber leider gibt es keine Vorgabe für die Eltern, dass die Kinder nicht dauernd schreien sollen. Dabei wäre es im Wald ein toller Ort um seinem Nachwuchs den Respekt zur Umwelt beizubringen.

There was everything you need in camping area and more. The forest was amazing, protected from the heat and the rain. Young man from the staff who gave the tour etc., excellent at customer service.
I prefer showers with sinks but thats already splitting hairs.

Der Campingplatz ist sehr schön gelegen, mit Wald- und Wiesenplätzen, es gibt viele Sportangebote, eine top ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche und sehr saubere, liebevoll hergerichtete Sanitäranlagen mit zusätzlichen Eco-Duschen. Der Fluss ist super für eine Abkühlung. Insgesamt: Top top top 👍

Nette und hilfsbereite Angestellte, ruhige Lage des Platzes, Sauberkeit im allgemeinen und speziell die der sanitären Anlagen. Möglichkeiten zum abwaschen des Geschirr gibt es viele. Tourenplanung für Radtouren, Unterstützung bei Buchungsproblemen für Ausflüge. Täglich frische Brötchen und Backwaren aus eigener Produktion.

Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr modern und sauber. Das Ambiente super und die Betreibenden sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben uns rund um wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist einfach einmalig.

Der Stellplatz war ausreichend groß. Die Aussicht war durch einen anderen Camper etwas verstellt, aber das hat dem Aufenthalt keinen Abbruch getan.

Gleich nach dem Einchecken wird man von einer freundlichen Mitarbeitern über den Platz geführt, die alles erklärt.. Besonders sauber sind die Sanitäranlagen und der ganze Platz.
